ZeroSpore does not use a free inspection as a disguised sales call. The first product is a paid diagnostic assessment that defines the problem and gives you a written next step. Remediation, if needed, is quoted as a fixed written scope — no open-ended hourly mold job.
Enough evidence to make a remediation decision.
Scope-based, with a fixed written scope developed from the assessment.
The scope, work and independent endpoint are assembled into one usable property record.
The first $500 may be credited toward a qualifying remediation scope of $2,500 or more. Final pricing, payment milestones and any third-party laboratory fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Containment, access, contaminated porous material, cleaning time, air control, equipment setup and verification requirements drive the scope.
One bathroom wall is not the same job as a crawl space, attic or whole-level post-leak remediation.
Finished assemblies, crawl spaces, mechanical obstructions and occupied areas materially change labor and containment requirements.
An owner-occupied project may need a different documentation package than a real-estate transaction, insurance file or dispute.
If you have recent independent test results, send them with your request. We may be able to use that evidence instead of repeating the same work.
