We inspect the affected area, map moisture conditions, identify the mold type and extent, and develop a remediation protocol specific to your home. You receive a written report and a detailed scope of work with fixed pricing — not an estimate, not a range.
Our crew seals the affected area under negative air pressure, removes or treats contaminated materials, runs HEPA filtration throughout the process, and applies antimicrobial treatment to all affected surfaces. Every step follows IICRC S520 standards.
After remediation, we do not test our own work. A separate accredited laboratory collects air and surface samples from the treated area and issues a clearance report. This is part of every ZeroSpore project. It is not optional.
You receive a complete package: scope of work performed, before-and-after photos, independent lab clearance results, and a certificate of completion. Everything a buyer, seller, lender, or insurer needs — in one file.
Assessment credit: If you proceed with a remediation project of $3,500 or more, the $399 assessment fee is credited in full toward your project.
Every home is different. We provide fixed-price quotes after an on-site assessment — never over the phone, never based on photos alone. Here are typical project ranges.

Roof sheathing, structural members, insulation. Price depends on square footage, insulation removal needs, and roof pitch / access.
Joists, subfloor, vapor barrier. Price depends on square footage, crawl height, ground conditions, and extent of contamination.
Minor surface mold on non-porous materials where moisture has been resolved. Does not include containment, lab testing, or the ZeroSpore verification guarantee.
