A process designed to
survive scrutiny.
ZeroSpore is built for coastal residential property owners facing a mold or moisture condition that must be documented. The goal is to define the problem, remove the source, document the work, and coordinate independent verification of the result.
Know what you are dealing with.
Visual inspection, moisture mapping and targeted air or surface sampling when appropriate. You receive a written findings summary and a defined remediation scope before any work begins.
Remove, don’t just cover.
Containment and negative air, removal of unsalvageable porous materials when required, HEPA cleaning, and dry-ice cleaning on suitable structural surfaces — without adding water.
Treat deliberately.
EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment is applied only where appropriate, according to the product label and the project protocol — never as a substitute for source removal.
Close the loop with proof.
Post-remediation verification is coordinated through an independent third party. The final record documents scope, treatment and verification results together.
Remediation and verification are separated.
That separation gives you a cleaner chain of evidence — and it makes the remediation itself more disciplined from the start.
Every project ends with a record.
The project record is what you keep: it supports a sale, an insurance file, a dispute or simply your own future reference. It is assembled as the work happens, not reconstructed afterwards.
- Written findings and defined scope
- Moisture and sampling data, where taken
- Photographs before, during and after
- Treatment and product notes
- Independent verification results
What clients should know before booking.
Do you guarantee a “mold-free” building?
No. Mold spores exist naturally in the environment. The objective is to remediate the identified condition and obtain independent post-remediation verification against the agreed clearance criteria.
Is dry ice used on every job?
No. Dry ice is a tool, not the protocol. It is used only where the substrate and scope make it appropriate.
Who performs the final testing?
Verification is coordinated with an independent third-party laboratory or environmental testing provider, so ZeroSpore is not solely evaluating its own work.
Do you diagnose health issues caused by mold?
No. ZeroSpore is an environmental remediation service. Health concerns should be addressed with an appropriate medical professional.
Start with the assessment.
A paid diagnostic assessment defines the problem and gives you a written scope — before anyone tries to sell you remediation.
